First Department: Development Programs This department focuses on addressing fundamental development challenges by providing essential services that uplift and empower communities:

• Quality Educational Access & Rural Children Sponsorship Program: We work to ensure that every child, especially in underserved rural areas, has access to education. Our sponsorship program allows donors to directly contribute to a child's future.
• Rural Healthcare & Environment Management: We provide essential healthcare services to rural communities, WASH program, and promote sustainable environmental practices.
• Economic Inclusion & Empowerment: Through community development programs, vocational training, and small business development, we help individuals gain economic independence and improve their livelihoods.
• Agriculture/Conservation: We promote sustainable farming practices, ensuring food security and environmental conservation in rural communities.

Second Department of Christian work and partnership. The second department of NHMI is committed to partnering with Christian communities to foster spiritual and social change:

• Transformational Leadership: We help equip pastors and leaders with theological education and leadership training to bring spiritual and social renewal.
• Leadership Empowerment/Training Seminars: Through seminars and workshops, we empower local leaders to positively impact their communities.
• Christian Communities Partnerships: We collaborate with churches and Christian organizations to drive holistic transformation in every sector of society.
• Partnership with Churches: Infrastructure: We help build and develop the infrastructure needed to support Christian communities, such as places of worship, schools, and health facilities. They are usually used as gathering places for the communities where we are serving.
